Each year, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services compare over 4,000 hospitals and rate them on a competitive five-star scale. This week, they published the Overall Hospital Quality Star Ratings and rated our inpatient facility, Franciscan St. Francis Health in Mooresville, with a 5-star hospital rating!
Just 2.2% of the 4,599 hospitals earned a five-star rating in 2016, which demonstrates how selective the process is.
Our MCJR surgeons are proud to provide inpatient care at a hospital that gives such meaningful care to its patients. We hope to maintain the high standards in our care for all of our patients as well, from the office to the operating room to recovery.
